- Open the official list of qualifiers for your scholarship year.

Be careful with unofficial pages and social media posts that claim to have the list before DOST-SEI publishes it.
List of Qualifiers per Region
DOST-SEI publishes the roll of successful examinees as an official list, arranged alphabetically. Qualifiers come from every region: NCR, CAR, Regions I to XIII and BARMM. Your DOST Regional Office handles the orientation and contract signing for qualifiers in its area.
In the 2026 exam, examinees came from across the country:
| Area | Examinees (2026) |
|---|---|
| Luzon | 57,951 |
| Visayas | 21,227 |
| Mindanao | 18,439 |
| Total | 97,617 |
We do not republish the names of qualifiers. Always check your name on the official DOST-SEI list.
Number of Applicants & Slots
How many applicants were there in the DOST scholarship 2026? 97,617 Grade 12 students took the exam across 222 testing centers.
| Year | Examinees | Qualifiers | Passing rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026 | 97,617 | 8,500 | 8.71% |
| 2025 | 84,518 | 10,907 | 12.90% |
| 2023 | 79,585 | 9,776 | about 12.3% |
For 2026, DOST-SEI limited slots for incoming freshmen to 8,500 because of the Fiscal Year 2026 budget. That is why the passing rate dropped even as the number of examinees grew.
